Very well done Dr Brown. How it should be and the benefits of a strong doctor patient bond.
I just wonder which practitioner had the higher earnings. Good practice deserves to be rewarded as it saves lives and the country money.
This is AVAILABILITY not access, which I have always said is the key to effective primary care. And you can tell Dr Swinyard The Old Links Surgery in St Annes has the same day availability as the routine and we won't be the only ones. However we are a traditional small practice that has no future within modern primary care according to DOH.
1,870 out of 7,454 bothered to respond. That is the louder message. Rather pathetic IMO.
One of your bestest.
I'm with What a Con any work a GP federation spends on this will be a total waste time effort and energy.
This has nothing to do with reducing admissions or improving care and everything to do with coagulating us into larger clots that can be put out to tender and run by private companies. The quote " finding that it is working better" has to be challenged. In what way sir? If a Doczilla has a lower mortality rate then they have merit.
