Now ....please can we have a breakup of these complaints ....I bet BME doctors are again best placed to receive them !
May be just may be there are more solutions than problems with this model ?!
I think if this is the future, RACGP and CCG should fund a training module on how to do this for all GP’s, as a GP of 20 years, even though my hands on clinical examination has reduced as to what it was 20 years ago, I still examine them. Baffles me !
Great for affluent, borderline type 2 diabetics but the lot I mostly see are obese, arthritic, several co-morbidities, poor, and lazy and depressed.
Also 12 m is just the beginning in diabetes, more long term data needed.
These sort of articles should be banned as not only does it give nhs gp’s Ideas to run away to pastures anew but has started to cause over flooding of Australian GP numbers.
Doctors please stay put agree with IDGAF
As you are not naive, please let us grassroot,GP’s know....when anything you recommend or suggest is brought into fruition.
We are tired of promises and I for sure cannot see light at the end of the tunnel.
It will be pay cut as soon enough fat cat GP's might have to pay a levy for EU divorce bill !
Well someone's got to pay it - and sure thing means test it !

I know his pot was 1.8 m but what on earth was the advice and what did he delay to incur such a massive blow from tax office.
One has to feel for him...poor bloke..feel for him and his family.
My judgement is neither the GP nor the financial advisor is guilty - if there is any guilty party it is HMRC !!!!

I am disappointed not one of our GP’’s have questioned who commissions Lord Darsey not when he introduced D’arsey centres and not now....and what is the real motive behind this pawn.
BTW ....I was there practising when there was massive vitriol which histrory has proved right when he first tried to dismantle Primary care.
Our divided opinion is their unity....you buffoons....wake up and smell the coffee.....Argh....
Jeez ! Something must be bad ....really bad with these young people ...to apply for GP programme in the UK !
I am actually surprised at 60 % who remain after they know the reality !!
Only 1 question for my esteemed colleague .....WHY ?
Relax guys you know and they know all they need is the number on the register......otherwise who working in coal face would want this crap when there are real people with dementia being neglected and starved of any decent treatment or social care package or any decent respite care for the families looking after them !
