13 – Professor Richard Hobbs

Professor Richard Hobbs is professor of general practice at the University of Birmingham and a leading researcher in cardiovascular disease.

As part of the QOF expert panel, he designed indicators for coronary heart disease, heart failure, hypertension and smoking. He was a founding member of the British Society for Heart Failure and is board member of the Primary Care Cardiovascular Society.
