Know my limits
Thank you sir for whatever you have done for us. God bless you. You are my inspiration. Shame on God for creating simple passive players like me. You are the one we need in every country. When are you publishing your book on drs. I mean the drs who committed suicide
No guts to fight just resign.
Stop making false promises you cannot keep because you are not capable of. High profiles have already secured their rent. Basic gps should stop voting for people who are diahonest and have no grapes.
All funding goes to ccg, lmc and federation directors. I am sure their kids feels blessed. I hope they can digest this money. Not all blessings arw blessings. There are people who are cursing them. I am glad all i have is my hard earned money. May god give strength to every body who dont have whatever high profile gps got. I am afraid i have to curse people who only live life on other peoples hard work. I wish their was a church next to area team.
QOF is hard for non training practices. But for training practices its so easy, because they have GP trainees who do all the donkey work when high profiles are away in lmc/nhs/ccg/federation meetings and so called events to save NHS.
I am sure lmc only get together to take some time off from stressful jobs. Check their facebook pages. They are all enjoying while on this conference.

I fully agree with you. But also know we cant change anything. These high profiles are untouchables.
Beware of NHSE agents who are among us and hold high profile positions. They have already started 7 day and already scored their high wages by claiming their hours they work for ccg, lmc, federations. We call them claimers.
MDOs are right, ask for Crown indemnity
Listen to MDO, otherwise they wont support you. in 99% cases they are useless anyway
Laziness and easily available fast food at every corner. Excuses
That's what watch dog is looking for to investigate- cyber-attack.
Lets see how many visits you do to these hospitals after todays ransom-ware.
Easy to investigate GPs, but you cant touch Hospitals. Why?
make nhs paper free, make nhs patient free
I am sure cqc will come back with great idea. All drs have to know all about cyber attack, 2 day course by bill gates, with 50% discount to lmc and ccg players who will arrange these programmes.
Forget about few gps they will create, but remember the job it can create;
medical school building, staffing, managers, then they become drs , more money for royal colleges, MDO, GMC, etc etc.
you give your youth to this country, country will give you low wages, full of stress and humiliation. plus lots of tick boxing
To grow a better pair and choose wisely of our health leaders, and local high profiles, don salute them if they are useless.
only LMC to blame.
All we need;
less tick boxing
LMC, CCG election to be done by independent agency. or online- and everybody would be able to see who got how many votes. Votes should not be collected/counted by their staff.
No work should be given to us by hospital drs.
Fair funding per patient to each surgery, more to deprived area.
Fair distribution of services, currently only ccg and lmc members get special treatment by area team.
Also need some research why only CQC inspectors surgeries are getting out standing score.
IMG drs has to work really really hard in nhs to survive. system is not fair.
Staff, Dr this patients BP is very high.
Show me, ya, you are right. Its high, send him in.
Hello sir, I never saw you before. Are you new with us?
No Dr, I am not registered with you. I just saw BP machine in your waiting area, and thought I should check my bp.
I am afraid you have to see your gp today.
patient, I phoned them there is no appointment.
dr- now ring them again and tell them your bp is high.
another scenarios; patient come and check their bp for no reason, then they give the slip to staff to know if its normal, then staff asking me if i can see this patient whose bp reading is bit high or high.
it added lots of extra work for us. now we have removed the machine from waiting area.
NO it did not save any life, nor it prevented any heart attack or stroke.
Its good idea to put bp machine in tesco or rail station or community centres, or in churches.
