.. just stay there , you got a little england in your practice so not missing much i guess, earning more& developing skills. why loose money on paying fees for bureaucracy just to maintain this 'performers list'.ongoing trainees are being locked out and overseas being fished in- £100m available to facilitate this.. cannot make the sense here
i hope the resource includes all the immigration fees, average cost of attempts for mrcgp exams as foreigners, upkeep etc.. and that its not all that welcome, learn the culture and enjoy tourism
eastern europe gps underway .. not to worry .. who can bearably understand english leave alone welish
...life is unfair in many ways, someone decides that trainees spend your £1685 5x on csa before we say you are good enough...,actually no your 'accent is different'patients may not understand you..well we will spend £100m to fill up gp vacancies with EU Gps
... totally agree..accountant's summary:
FTtrainee cash in hand £2800
minus £1685 csa exam
minus csa course£495
minus hotel expense £ 150 central london
minus train ticket ?lets say £60
trainee starving for the rest of the month
trainee do the same exam 4x
trainee released -cannot cope, in depression - unfit for practice! whats the point..
...yeah going round in circles, cutting training funds, cutting tpds, releasing very hard working trainees who have sacrificed all finances to pass unworthy mrcgp..so is this £100m for international gps funding the revenue from exam fees?
