Turn out the lights
Buyer beware comes to mind.
Sorry havn't got the time to give a sh*t, too busy in the sausage machine begrudging patients asking me to deal with 5 problems in 10 minutes.
Need to start listening BMA you are losing the right to represent the vast majority of the profession, you are failing on multiple fronts.Failing in an epic way.Shame on you.
I second that Grassroot member.they need to listen to the workforce. They are losing us.
There is a awful stench overhanging this wonder if there was any 'oiling of the works'.
How long have these folks been coughing there gut up in the waiting room and all round the place before seeing the GP.By the time its got to us the horse as fled the stable a long long time ago . Mmm how many meetings and focus groups to come to this masterstroke of strategic thinking.Pardon me I've just wet my self laughing.
They dont get it the workforce capacity is not there. As for goodwill they mined that one dry a long time ago. Un-doable mess that the new contract is.Chucking a little money at it will not alter this.Although chuck enough 2ps under a bus some GPs might sacrifice themselves.
Transparency ,honesty and humility characteristic sadly lacking in the current political classes right from Boris and co right down to the BMA GMC RCGP etal a very good piece Vinci as usual, salute!
Bounce straight back in remember what they did to Dr BG when the system failed her.
PCNs should be rejected, the new contract in it entirety should be rejected time to rip it up and try again.Non cooperation from the grass roots.Epic fail BMA time for redemption(not holding my breath or going to rejoin on current performance).
They will do the same with a significant DES rebellion the evil empire.
You can’t flush this turd away get out the bog brush it’s back needs breaking.
You have lost the majority of those you allegedly represent by this collaborative effort with the powers of darkness. You are gonna have to build some pretty robust bridges matey.
Smells like BS propaganda to me I am afraid the only thing I get form our local pharmacy is more work.
Time to face the music NHSE,the GP service is on the verge of collapse, every over branch of the NHS apart from the regulator and the management class is as well.We seem to be in total service failure and the main culprits have been given a 5 year mandate to finish the job.As you are finding out the work force will make a noise and create a stink as the ship sinks to make sure the general public know where the responsibility lies. The turkeys are sick of helping you plan Xmas dinner. This pi@@ poor contract need shelving. The unfunded workforce and DESs are ill thought out you do not understand the dire straights we are in.Listen before it too late and act.
The BMA and the RCGP have exercised their reverse Midas touch on the NHS and GP land they are doing it again. Its going to get more brown and smelly down here on the front line comrades.
BMA non of the usual slightly less shitty fudge will do this year you need to start doing your job as a UNION or else the NHS and the profession is toast.
The RCGP have participated in this mess they are co-conspirators the 5 year plan in partially on their shoulder thanks RCGP for nothing.why contribute to your coffers.
Definately No no and thrice No.
The GP contract is not a deal it is the imposition by the ruling class on the plebs their orders. As said there is only one thing you do with gangrene.
