Given that the CQC wishes GPs to conduct in-house clinical appraisal/one-to-ones with their fellow GPs in addition to the national appraisal scheme and revalidation I can only imagine what they would say to a GP who had been appraised by a non-clinician. Did NHSE think to ask the regulator what they thought?
Out here in the sticks, we're not even sure that you can actually get to what they call London - we hear there are GPs there who want a job....
Surely, also, it would be ridiculous to conceive of a public campaign to support a no-confidence vote in him?
I watched this with no sound (temperamental sound on PC). Clearly has no manners or sense of chivalry either, notice how quickly he leaps into the car? He could have at least made sure he held the brolly while his colleague closed her boot and got in her car. Could have meant the world to her, but would have made no difference to him, he's wet anyway.

I didn't bother to watch, the more I look at what's on offer the more I get annoyed and confused - thought I knew who to vote for, but now I'm not so sure.
