I disagree about not having encyclopaedic knowledge. Encyclopaediae tell you a bit about everything, like a GP.
Intentional misspelling for comedic effect.
What grinding says. It's the same in Canada. No visits, unless you want to, if you do, you get paid!
Can you just ding them an email?Does the legislation allow the coroner to dictate a Web portal or just that the report be written? Web forms are always rubbish in my experience.
Meanwhile how many GPs have fled?
What a bunch of bollocks. Used to work in Devon, call the nice lady, leave a message, she chats with coroner, certificate done next day at absolute latest. Why is serving the gods of data collection driving patient care backward?
Debt recovery firms should pay if a summary printout does not suffice.
I disagree, it's just. Either make it compulsory or make parents economically and legally liable for treatment of children / resulting disability of others.
I'm really sorry for it all. Personally I felt similarly and have fled to Canada, I'm a Brit. The whole thing is going to cost at least 10 years of prosperity IMO. Get out.
Statins decrease your risk of heart attack and stroke.
Statins do not effect mortality.
Heart attack and strokes, which are reduced by statins are leading causes of death.
? Therefore statins kill you some other way?
Also some people will live longer undoubtedly, but others balance it out.
In Canada I write - "please provide most cost effective PPI" or "whichever similar COCP is in stock" and the pharmacists help the patients. Like professionals. It's mad.
What everyone else said. Surely this is just a referral?
Nah Christopher. You need to let EU docs in to replace all the Brit docs leaving for Aus / Canada.
Like me. It actually is much, much better here.
You are welcome to an opinion. Expressing it might be an option you should consider, rather than rush into.
If there is a practice graded exceptional by CQC locally that's always an easy offload :)
"this place is good, but you deserve exceptional"
Please go to UK on holiday before deciding if you want to return for good. We didn't and it made a mess. Should have stayed abroad. Going back now.
In one way the 9ers are solid heroes doing their best for society.
In another way they are perpetuating a system which is untenable.
Bang on. Part time because any more would be intolerable.
I also agree that the system is abusive, especially of partners.
I don't know, talking about the negatives achieved me moving to Canada. Good job team.
I'd take two issues with this:
The pregnancy is theirs, not his. Rightly she'll get more rights if they split.
She couldn't have known your colleague was attractive over the phone.
Apart from that do what you want. If someone tried sex addiction as an excuse on any of my patients I'd likely recommend chucking them. If it's an addiction why did it start after children? Was the addiction not in remission during the pregnancy? I can see it as a continuous destructive pattern, but as an excuse in someone otherwise doing well? I prefer these conversations face to face.
Have you seen the guardian article about how junior doctors are treated?
Over the last few years I've come to the conclusion that the NHS basically runs on abusing it's staff. More unfunded work anyone? Enforced pension tax?
I wouldn't reccomend a patient stays in an abusive relationship so why do we? I'm off overseas, I hope those left behind get treated better but suspect unless we grow a collective spine it will never happen.
