This scheme will actually encourage doctors to go to Australia . There will be perceived less risk leaving the UK to work abroad , encouraging more doctors to leave , who will find a far better working enviroment , only never to return .

This is such a well written piece that it deserves national publication and recognition , so that the general public knows the reality of GP's plight . It is very timely . Why not submit it as a letter to the national newspapers ?
