What makes me think that the CQC aren t popular with GP s ? !!
I agree with several comments that are critical to inspection success ....staff engagement training and supervision, good patient feedback and above all a clear plan ..not one conceived and carried out a month before! Judith Timmins. Survival Solutions
Oh dear some of the comments seem indicative of GP s poor morale and I don't blame them for that ..however as an expert in CQC inspections he s right about severl issues....good patients feedback, excellent planning for the visit along with training and staff supervision is critical to a good outcome
Hi I agree but fear that they ll do it anyway.potentially flaws info in the hands of someone that doesn't understand it fully would be a nightmare
