A federated future is the way forward

A federated future with investment in existing services makes complete financial sense but I would not expect Lord Darzi to understand that.

How else can you make the best use of resources and stop mindless waste on reinventing the wheel?

GPs have spent years making the service cost-effective and then the transformers come

in and start to destroy everything.
