A patient is harrassing me - how should I tackle the situation?

An ex patient of mine who was registered with practice 18 yrs ago keeps coming to reception desk and asking various suggestive questions – e.g. she wants to marry me. Practice staff, including the practice manager, have spoken to her several times and have found out she has a serious mental health problem. How should I tackle this and prevent her from harassing me?
