How odd, at the end of a speech encouraging GPs to put their heads in the sand and allow our precious NHS to go bust, to quote Don Berwick. He's been at the forefront of encouraging us to look past our own noses, and acknowledge it's only grown-up to accept you can't have leadership without responsibility.
