Belt and braces approach to flight phobia

Reading Tony Copperfield's latest column, I was struck by Tony's decision to give the flight phobic patient 14 diazepam and a CBT referral.

That's a bit on the mean side. Surely 2mg of Ativan and 10mg of temazepam would be nicer and he'd sleep all the way as well. Of course he should be in business class, have taken his aspirin (and heparin if he's that big) and be wearing those fetching black stockings as well.
