Can I charge my patients privately for travel and Hep B vaccinations?

I am confused about charging patients privately for the Travel Vaccinations and Hepatitis B vaccinations.

I heard the many practices do not provide this service free of charge. In our practice we have provided this free of charge always, particularly hepatitis B injections for health workers like nurses doctors. Are we entitled to charge fees privately for giving Hepatitis B injections to our patients if they are not health workers simply because their employers or universities ask for it?

Please advise on this in the context of New GMS contract.
