Case study 5 – Mr J

You are seeing Mr J, a 75-year-old man, for his COPD review. He comes in carrying a large box and tells you that his daughter was in Lidl at the weekend and they had nebulisers for sale at a very reasonable rate. She bought one for him and he would now like you to prescribe nebules for him and refer for an oxygen cylinder to power the nebuliser.
