A look at key management issues relevant to primary care in the following conditions:

  • Familial hypercholesterolaemia
  • Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease
  • Neurofibromatosis type 1
  • Down's syndrome
  • Hereditary haemochromatosis
  • Conditions with multifactorial inheritance

This module was first published on 19 January 2011 and was up to date with all key guidelines and evidence at that point. It will be reviewed as part of our routine update cycle by ?19 January 2013 but will be updated sooner to reflect any key guideline changes.
