What information and support can I give to my patients?

As recommended by NICE, all patients receiving anticoagulation should receive information on anticoagulants, including side-effects and monitoring.1

To support you in helping your patients to understand more about their condition and anticoagulation with ELIQUIS, you can view our VTE patient information leaflet here.

Finally, all patients should be advised to carry their anticoagulation alert card at all times. Please find the ELIQUIS alert card here.
