Lansley only hears what he wants to hear and spins everything else. He's shown that he cannot be trusted and I remain suspicious of his motivation behind wanting GPs to be in the commissioning role.

It took me , a ignorant china man GP , a while before I found out the meaning of codswallop from my dictionary . It basically means f**k**g nonsense . Is that right , editor? Excuse me for my poor English .....
