I quite agree that commissioning is the best target for industrial action - this will not directly affect patient care nor the patient experience. All GP's who disagree with the pension 'offer' should immediately disengage with commissioning. Attend no CCG meetings, do not respond to any emails. Just shut up shop. Act as if you had never heard of the Health and Social Care Bill. Quite bizarrely our industrial action would then involve us refusing to do work that we are not contracted to do. Another first for General Practice?

a) CQC registration.
b) Revalidation hoop jumping.
Neither of these will harm patients at all and will send our message to the government about concerns about pensions.
