Contract does not work on temporary residents

Yet again there is a mistake in the formulae of a contract spreadsheet this time it is in the indicative contractor budget spreadsheet.

The temporary resident adjustment does not work because, while the figures have been shown separately in cell G16 of the global sum and MPIG sheet, they haven't been added back in to cell H51 (estimated global sum after opt-outs). Therefore everyone who takes this spreadsheet as the basis for their income will be missing the temporary resident adjustment.

The Department of Health in Leeds admits to the mistake and says it will be sending out a corrected spreadsheet to PCTs shortly.
