Cycling doctors know how to have good time

Further to the article by Dr John Green on cycling (May 19) would like to draw attention to the Association of British Cycling Doctors (ABCD) which is primarily a social organisation for doctors and closely allied professionals with an enthusiasm for cycling.

We have weekend meetings every spring and autumn in various parts of the UK when we have a Saturday afternoon ride followed by evening dinner and a Sunday ride. Our next meet will be in October in north Lancashire when we shall celebrate our 25th anniversary and will welcome past, present and prospective members.

Further information is available on or telephone 01254 260260.
