Do I accrue holiday entitlement from regular OOH work?

With "regular" contract work such as that salaried doctors or regular locums take on, it seems practices have to also allow holiday time as paid leave -- is this the same for doctors who do out of hours work on a regular basis? Many of us do weekly shifts for the OOH service and they are obliged to pay for employer's superannuation (and they do so without any problems). Does this imply we also have "holiday rights" as well as some others have suggested as we work on a regular basis?
