Don't call it a contract more a framework

Even though I offered our negotiators a BAFTA comedy award for their abysmal presentation of the new contract, I have voted Yes for its implementation. I can see no other alternative and it is our only opportunity to hopefully improve our lot.

There is a great opportunity to increase our income and pension substantially and drop our out-of-hours commitment.

My only worry is that this should not be called or accepted as a contract but only as a framework which can be altered if problematic.

There is enough speculation about trusting the Government, so let's have it in writing that the contract is not set in stone and open for amendment on our behalf if necessary.
