Dr Michael Silver

In a story headed 'GMC gets wake-up call as fourth guilty verdict overturned' (April 21) it was stated the Privy Council had concluded there was 'little doubt' Dr Michael Silver had been negligent.

Dr Silver would like us to point out that he personally was not found to be negligent.

In its judgment, the Privy Council said: 'There can be

little doubt that there was

negligence'
