Free t'ai chi at the practice

Dr Tushar Ghosh's practice is laying on free t'ai chi sessions to help its patients stay agile.

The classes, which are led by a qualified instructor, were set up after a member of the practice's patient participation group suggested they could help combat isolation and cut falls in the elderly.

Dr Ghosh said: 'It definitely benefits them in body, mind and spirit. Even though some of them are 80, they're quite active.'
