A high court judge has ruled that Dr Malik's suspension by the PCT was unfair, unlawful and breached human rights (News, 23 March).

It shows the PCT acted in a heavy-handed, incompetent and bureaucratic manner. Dr Malik should bring a civil action against the employees who suspended him.

Here's a crazy GANFYD as requested (News, 23 March).

A 6ft 6in man came from the travel agent asking for a note to prove his height so he could get extra legroom on a flight!

I'm not sure why one needs a medical degree to assess height.
