GPC confident on Scots deal

GPC negotiators are confident problems with the passage of contract legislation through the Scottish Parliament will be overcome.

The Scottish health committee had insisted on seeing the full regulations but the GPC said it appeared MSPs had not read the contract document. Negotiator Dr Laurence Buckman said: 'The risk appears to have receded'.
