GPs have delivered a massive vote of no confidence in the new out-of-hours deal, with 79 per cent rejecting it. 7 Oct

The BMA is to hold talks with health ministers and the Committee on Safety of Medicines to find a better way of warning GPs about drug alerts. GPs were deluged with calls from anxious patients following press coverage of a Pill warning but many had not received a letter the CSM said was sent out. 28 October
