Hewitt does U-turn on PCT services

I read with interest, but little surprise, the letter about complaints from Dr Chris Woods (22 October).

support group to investigate the whole complaints process, the lack of clarity in procedure, the effect it has on practitioners and their families, and an action plan to develop an evidence base to institute reform.

Our next residential weekend takes place on

5/6 November in Manchester. Any interested GPs can contact me for details (wassimmalas@mac.com). Partners welcome.
