I found Vega ­ it's useless

The Vega allergy testing machine mentioned by Dr Church (Letters, 23 February) was shown to be a useless method of diagnosing allergies in a well-designed trial published in 2001 (Lewith GT et al, BMJ 2001;322:131-134).

If something seems too good to be true then it probably is.
