I only did drug reviews if I had met the patient

I found the article about practice nurses doing medication reviews interesting.

I felt happy doing medication reviews as long as I had met the patient and had full knowledge about their health conditions and the medication they were taking.

For instance, as I ran a nurse-led blood pressure and cholesterol clinic I was happy to do the medication reviews for those patients, but if their polypharmacy included other medication I would pass those inquiries on to the GP.
