Is there a nasal-bridge scan for Down's syndrome?

A patient has told me there is now a screening scan for Down's syndrome looking at the nasal bridge that can be done at 13 weeks of pregnancy. I thought that the ‘softer' USS scan signs of Down's only had a 50% pick-up rate. Is there a useful nasal scan?
