A faulty production line

It's hard to make sense of patient surveys

I thought you might enjoy these comments from our patient survey.

'This practis has gone to pot; you cant make an apointment witch can last for 72 hours. Pepple shuld be asked what they think.

'You shuld not have to wait until it soots them. The sistom needs looking at [sic].'

They ticked every box for the times they would prefer to see a GP and interestingly are employed! They have also admitted to having a long-term disability - maybe the inability to use the English language?
