Keep everyone happy in CFS use of thyroxine

What is it about guidelines that GPs don't like? We simply hate the sheer number and their weight.

Quality is also an issue. They are not totally independent, often influenced by political or interest group pressure. In addition, guidelines will be proven

wrong partially or wholly in time.

But GPs who do not follow the guidelines could find themselves struggling to defend themselves if something goes wrong.
