This Christmas why not treat the whole family to our great buy one get one free offers. We've got everything under one roof, from amitriptyline to zyban, from antabuse to zolpidem, all at great low cut prices!. No need to feel guilty this christmas if you've over-indulged! we've got great offers on orlistat and acamprosate, don't worry if you've had one one too many cigars, we've got that covered too! Champix is just for you!. If all this christmas shopping is stressing you out then treat yourself to a little fluoxetine or try our brand new 'pammy' range - lorazepam/diazepam/temazepam. Soothe away those aches and pains with a drop of natural opiate and if hubby is feeling a little randy but you've got the decorators in then try our great norethisterone cracker packs. If the little one gets too excited on christmas day then just sprinkle a little good will and a little dexamfetamine. We've also got exciting new offers on board games - how about 'hungry hippos' a fast paced game about NHS bureacracy and why not train like a real surgeon with 'operation'. His nose lights up if you remove the wrong organ!. So, if the most exercise you are going to do this festive period is to open your bum hole then why not pop down to your local surgery. 'All purchases are at the buyers own risk and common side effects include total dissolution of responsibility and a tendency to blame the state.' Kev

Anti-depressant capsules all tend to look the same, they're smooth, oval shaped, featureless, non-judgemental, have a mild neuro-pharmacological effect and sometimes leave a nasty taste in the mouth. The same can be said of therapists! Kev

The research shows that it is not CBT that is more successful in terms of positive therapeutic outcome for people with depression, but rather the quality of the relationship with the therapist regardless of modality. If the quality of training is addressed across the modality board in turning out therapists instead of behaviourists insisting on 'if you'll just let me explain, I can make you better' kevlar

Kev (04 DEC 09) do I detect subtle irony? I am caught here guys - my massage lady - proper massage I mean, none of that seedy 'relief' malarkey! - Is taking fluoxetine (crap life, not enough wonga apparently). I am trying to get the silly thing to go to a 'talky talky' kind of therapist instead of swallowing stuff that WILL NOT change her life. Why? Well she is a good sort and I like her, that's it really. Any ideas amigos? If so just email me g.kuchanny@talktalk.net by say, 20 January 2010 if possible (my next neck stretching appointment). Ta very much. George Kuchanny
