Spot on! And if I may add - used to get "referrals" from chemists. Consultation went like this "So and so chemist told me to TELL my doctor to refer him/her for xyz". Response used to go like this - first check if chemist has medical qualifications, then check if patient has medical qualifications - then say "forget what the chemist told you, start from the beginning, tell me what the problem is and I will then advice what to do. I don't remember ever referring any cases like these. Funny, don't get these cases nowadays - word must have got around. Balbir Virik
