The DH has created a map resource for GPs.

Click below to explore pathfinder clinical commissioning groups (CCGS) in NHS England.

You can click on a marker to find out more about each clinical commissioning group - the markers are colour coded by SHA region - and this information can also be viewed by region through the directory of pathfinders.
