No cause for MMR concern

Dr Michael Debenham is wrong to say 'there is a significant body of evidence' justifying public concern over the safety of MMR (Letters, January 26).

There is a lot of noise but little or no scientific evidence, as opposed to huge volumes of evidence from around the world that this is an overwhelmingly safe and worthwhile intervention.
