PMS goes permanent

The Government has finalised arrangements for PMS pilots to become permanent from April 1. GPC chair Dr John Chisholm hailed the move as a welcome step towards 'convergence' with GMS, but Dr James Kingsland, GPC PMS sub-committee chair, said they should remain separate.
