Terms and Conditions**By providing your email address, UBM Medica will keep you up to date about our products and services for healthcare professionals. Our emails may also include information from other carefully selected companies including promotional materials from pharmaceutical companies that may be of interest to you. Your details will not be passed on to third parties without your permission. If at any time you do not wish to receive information from UBM Medica simply email info@pulsetoday.co.uk, providing your full contact details and which service you would like to unsubscribe from.This promotion is run by UBM Medica part of UBM Information Limited, whose registered office is at Ludgate House, 245 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 9UY. By participating in this promotion, the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and agreed to be bound by them. UBM Medica will be entitled to withdraw or modify the competition or to modify these rules prior to the stated closing date of 14th February 2011. This promotion is not open to employees of UBM Medica or their immediate families and entries on behalf of a third party are not acceptable. Only one entry per person permitted. Entrants only qualify for entry into the draw if they are a healthcare professional based in the UK and have completed this survey before the closing date of 14th February 2011. The winner will be selected at random and notified shortly after the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted using the contact details given within 28 days, UBM Medica may, at its sole discretion, dispose of the prize as it sees fit. If the winner does not wish to receive the prize, the winner should notify UBM Medica and UBM Medica may, at its sole discretion, offer the prize to a runner-up to be drawn at random in accordance with these terms. If the stated prize cannot be acquired for whatever reason, UBM Medica will give a prize of equivalent value. UBM Medica cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay or damage suffered by the winner or any third party as a result of winning the prize, except where such loss is as a direct result of the negligence of UBM Medica. UBM Medica's decision is final and binding.

Terms & Conditions for the Christmas Pulse Registration Giveaway:

This promotion is run by UBM Medica and is only open to UK based GPs with a valid GMC number. You must visit www.pulsetoday.co.uk/register and complete the request form with your GMC number before the deadline date of 23th December 2010. Every completed form will be entered into the prize draw to win 1 of 4 Apple iPads. The winner will be selected at random and be contacted in the week commencing 3rd January 2011 and must claim their prize by 17th January 2011. If they do not claim by this time another winner will be chosen. The winners will be published on this page from the 17th January onwards.

Terms & Conditions for the GMC Lottery:

This promotion is run by UBM Medica and is only open to UK based GPs with a valid GMC number. The winners of the lottery will be selected every week at random from the Pulse registered users database and will be notified in Pulse magazine each week and also by email. All prizes will be dispatched no later than 1 month after notification of winning. Promotion ends 6th December 2010.
