Meeting new standards for disabled access at your GP surgery

NHS England has launched Accessible Information Standards for GP practices and this will come into force on 31 July 2016. This involves ensuring that people who have a disability, an impairment or who have experienced a sensory loss have information and communication support provided to them in appopriate formats. Londonwide LMCs has compiled advice on the requirements, which you can read here.
