FOR WORKPLACE BASED ASSESSMENT

Undertake at least 2 x COT, 2 x CbD (ST3)

Collect clinical supervisor report and feedback (if in 4-mth hospital post)

Undertake at least 2 x COT, 2 x CbD(ST3)

FOR nMRCGP

Try to decide whether to apply for CSA in February/March sitting or April/ May -discuss with your trainer.

OTHER TASKS

Review practical sessions for family planning, minor surgery, child health surveillance

Make sure you know about ethics, probity, and professional values in practice
