GP regulators consider complaints 'hub' for patients

You would have thought that this would have been sorted months ago. But when I tried to complain re commissioned providers giving me massive dose of X-rays for spine, rather than MRI Scan which was ordered by Consultant, then GP trying to send me to Rheumatologist when I actually had had a Stroke, no-one could tell me where should complain. My email Inbox is full of emails telling me some Call Centre worker is forwarding my complaint on - but so far no result, after two months.
