GP victory in landmark whistleblowing legal case

Thank God! Having raised concerns about a partner which resulted in him taking " voluntary erasure" I suffered bullying and victimisation from members of our staff. I received no help whatsoever from the PCT either financial or moral and suffered enormously as a result. I am well aware of the rules about reporting concerns, but would never, ever go there again. If necessary I would leave before raising any concern. It is way beyond time that the PCTs and now CCGs were forced to support those who risk their mental health, career and financial situation in order to protect patients.
