Charging migrants could generate £200m annually for the NHS, say ministers

A small unit to collect these fees will morph into the service that collects payments for all. GPs have nothing to do with it. Once you start collecting the fees for the government you'll be in no fit state to refuse taking money from us all in the future. Then a big tax cut from Cons for votes and then the real cost of the NHS will be invoiced to patients. Lowest in society free, highest can afford and the middle dragged down once more.
