GMC hearings led to 'GP's children living on the poverty line'

Comment

‘The GMC has a duty to protect the public. The reasoning given by Mr Justice Kenneth Parker did not say the patient’s evidence was incredible. The failure was the failure of the panel to give sufficient reasons [for the findings].’ Yes you are a bunch of sore loosers. You failed to give sufficient reasons to support a claim, knowing very well this will ruin somebody's (isn't a doctor a human being anymore? What are we, some kind of empathysing medical machine?) life. Yet even when told at high court your decision was wrong, you use a technical point in the law and refuse to apologise. Do you not understand this is why the profession nor the public has no faith in GMC.
