NHS Alliance develops nine-question version of Friends and Family Test

Comment

The nine questions are partly duplication of what can be seen in NHS Choice web page about a particular GP practice(search with post code). Recommendations and cleanliness are 'screening' questions for CQC(My opinion). Then is CQC going to develop a Big Brother team to watch on these responses every day and week?(China is doing that every day in the internet access, for instance ) Problem is how can you prove absolute authenticity ? If a media could send in under cover reporter or tap your phone , this is a lot easier to sabotage a GP practice?
