GPs told to avoid asking NHS England questions due to staff shortages

Comment

I though we were having openness and trust - why is it then NHS England are wasting time phoning round practices on Xmas and New Year Eve, maybe if the got it right the first time we would not have to repeatedly do the same task several times. For 20 years I have never know so much indecisiveness, first it is a yes then a no then a yes then a no - please make a decision and stick to it. Imagine If we did this to our patients - Think, Plan, Act, Do and stick to it - see it through and learn from it if it goes wrong. No one is perfect but run with it, As my grandma use to say if it is not broken why fix it (CHANGE)
