GP out-of-hours care exceeds CQC expectations

I work in an OOH service and believe that we give good care. However no matter how good theclinicians and overall service is, it is only a holding/safety netting service. WE cannot access patients GP records we cannot access acute records - bureaucracy hinders this. Does it also add to increased cost overall for patients care? This has the risk of us being inefficient and we may admit due to lack of this info- cannot evev do blood test in OOH. Even 7 day working will still give issues as OOH will rune over night for the other 1/2 of the day - as again it is only proposed as 8-8 weekdays with weekend days shorter
